**What You'll Do**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting our team's work to transform a network of thousands of individual merchant organizations into a seamless and efficient supply chain
* Collaborating with our innovation partners to develop cutting-edge tools that providers will use to execute high-value activities
* Deciding the right technologies and ensuring we've built the right tools that address our providers' needs
* Enhancing upgrades that commonly benefit both Wayfair and providers, enabling more efficient fulfillment, communication, reporting, product availability, and increased transparency into our supply chain
* Combining business intelligence, process optimization, and data science with data engineering and visualization tools to deliver the right solutions for business problems
* Working closely with a talented, diverse, multicultural, and global team to drive business results through data-driven insights
**What You'll Need**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in software engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data systems, finance, management, sociology, or other quantitative discipline fields
* Experience in a quantitative, business intelligence, data science, or engineering role performing quantitative analysis is a plus
* Active experience leading quantitative analyses on large datasets; expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), and structured programming languages (Python, R)
* Proficient knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, and Vertica including aggregate functions, joins, etc.)
* Familiarity with various data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, DataStudio) is a plus
* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
* A results-driven, collaborative, and inquisitive attitude
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong team player disposition
* Experience in delivering successful projects from start to finish on time
