As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values diversity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Responding to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders. * Collaborating with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-related products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-ups. * Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development. * Utilizing CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and provide support appropriately. * Working to meet global and regional sales revenue goals and associated KPIs. * Providing world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with both new and existing customers. * Performing other job-related duties that may arise, as requested by customers and/or management. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology, etc. * One year of Sales experience or Customer Service experience. * 1 year of exposure to chromatography and/or sample preparation. * A strong desire to cooperate in a teamwork environment. * Experience with Microsoft Office and database management. * Ability to quickly master new software. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in the following areas would be a plus: * Sales or customer service experience in the Life Sciences industry. * Knowledge of chromatography and/or sample preparation products and services. * Experience with CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
