**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
* Mentor and coach colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement

**Essential Qualifications:**
