**Responsibilities**

* Handling 40-60 calls per day, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues
* Delivering quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support
* Managing risk by accurately authenticating clients and adhering to policy and procedures
* Proactively identifying and escalating potential risk
* Navigating through multiple applications and tools to resolve client queries
**Essential Functions**
* Working in a remote environment
* Working weekends
