Your primary focus will be on delivering concierge-style support, assisting with tracking orders, offering solutions to technical issues, and troubleshooting our incoming support volume. You will be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and issues through various channels, including email, chat, and external phone calls.
