With a strong presence in the market and a growing customer base, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Job Summary** As a Customer Success Consultant, you'll work closely with our customers to define their requirements and implement our solutions aligned with their business outcomes. You'll be responsible for implementing and training new customers, proactively collaborating with customers to help them achieve maximum value, and ensuring successful renewal. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Adhere to all company policies, arenaflex workflows, and time-entry requirements. * Consistently manage Salesforce and arenaflex platforms, including maintaining accounts, contacts, TaskRay Projects, and cases in Salesforce, and maintaining Staff Internal Fields in arenaflex. * Communicate effectively with colleagues, direct supervisor, and other leadership within expected, reasonable time frames. * Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer and company interactions, both internal and external. * Manage customer reworks by developing a clear timeline for completion. * Maintain proper internal and external communications to ensure all necessary parties remain aware of implementation goals and project timelines. * Understand and address customer needs and pain points during Kick-Off and maintain appropriate documentation. * Quickly identify and escalate any potential risks to your project implementations. * Ensure that automation, configurations, standardizations, and best practices are accurately completed on time to meet customer expectations. * Leverage customer-facing tools to further increase admin self-sufficiency by sending webinar trainings, tutorial videos, and resource center tools to reduce CS team workload. * Maintain customer satisfaction by completing maintenance on time based on the customer requests. * Proactively identify inefficiencies and work with customers to develop solutions. * Monitor usage, identify lack of product use, and address any issues promptly. * Act as the voice of the customer by using feedback to escalate product and process changes. * Capitalize on upsell opportunities (TTCM, Insights, Room Management, Expansion, additional add-ons) if available and beneficial for the customer. * Execute the renewal process to identify if the customer plans on renewing before the invoice is sent. * Identify any possible customer health risks and work with supervisor on an action plan to ensure customer renewal. * Complete other duties as directed by a member of arenaflex management/leadership. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication. * Excellent collaboration skills; works well under the direction of others and collaborates well with peers. * Able to successfully complete the SuccessCOACHING Level 1 and Level 2 program within the first year of employment. **Requirements** * Fluent in English, US Citizen, and excellent communication skills. * Able to learn, design, and implement customer requirements. * An upbeat and patient personality. * Ability to explain a concept in multiple ways. * Enjoys analytical problem-solving. * *Note: Computer programming skills are NOT required. * Bachelor's degree required, 0-1 years of experience. **Work Environment and Culture** * This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires up to 50% travel. * We offer a competitive salary, ridiculously good benefits, and an extremely fun environment. * Our company culture is employee-centric, with a focus on work-life balance and employee satisfaction. * We're proud to be a fast-growing software company with hundreds of customers and thousands of users around the world. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Bonus eligible. * 401k employer match. * Full health and dental (arenaflex pays 100% of the individual premiums). * Employee-centric work culture. * 3 "Flex Hours" per week. * Relaxed vacation policy. * Company outings. * Costco membership. * Casual dress. * Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing software company with a strong presence in the market. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
