**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Researching various destinations and travel options to provide expert advice to our clients
* Diagnosing client specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and services
* Organizing travel from beginning to end, including booking flights, hotels, and activities
* Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel materials
* Collecting deposits and managing client payments
* Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages
* Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds
* Maintaining relationships with key vendors and partners
* Keeping financial statements and documents up-to-date
* Asking for help and guidance when needed
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus
* Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
* Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel
