**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a full-time remote position, with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations
* Answer and document all telephone inquiries, providing clear and concise communication
* Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage as needed
* Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
* Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
* Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
* Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
