You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience * Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies * Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals * Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes * Upsell products and services as needed * Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs **Essential Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns * Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures * Customer-focused and results-driven * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
