**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products and services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
