**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our stores. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a clean, well-stocked store, assist with transactions, and provide support to customers with their queries.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience
* Help with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor
* Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store
* Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system
* Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
* Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation
**Position Requirements**
* Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned
* Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments
* Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
