Our organization is built on the pillars of heart, expertise, and wildness, which enables us to support powerful, authentic experiences for our students. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and virtual channels to prospective and enrolled students, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. * Generating student enrollment and meeting sales goals by effectively communicating the value of our programs and services. * Collaborating with various departments, including Admissions, Sales, and Marketing, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. * Securing expedition deposits and tuition installments in a timely fashion, accurately communicating financial status to students, and resolving any payment-related issues. * Performing additional office/clerical support tasks, such as filing, marketing mailings, database updates, reviewing simple forms, and other administrative duties as assigned. * Participating in projects and initiatives to improve customer service, sales, and marketing efforts, and contributing to the development of new programs and services. **Requirements:** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: * Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, task management, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. * Enthusiasm for and ability to connect with a wide variety of individuals, building rapport quickly in person and through remote conversations/correspondence. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Basic computer knowledge, including information tracking, filing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and data entry. * Sales experience is welcomed, and a NOLS graduate is preferred. * Collaboration skills are required, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and departments across the organization. * Propensity for self-leadership, with the ability to balance being a member of a high-paced work environment while also remaining self-directed, seeking feedback, articulating needs, and maintaining a degree of ownership and responsibility. **What We Offer:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy: * A dynamic and growing team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as wellness time and an employee assistance program. * Fantastic employee discounts on top outdoor gear brands and discounts on NOLS courses for you and your family. * Free outdoor equipment rental at our various locations. * A chance to work with a leading nonprofit organization that empowers individuals to step forward boldly as leaders. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
