**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our Member Services team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
* Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates.
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.
* Thoroughly document all customer transactions in our host system.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
* Answer 80+ calls per day.
* Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
* 1 year of experience in healthcare administrative experience or related required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Excellent listening skills to appropriately handle calls.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Knowledge of dental terminology and practices.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
* Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
* Bilingual preferred.
