**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Evening & Weekends Part/Full Time Shift. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with shifts available from 4 PM to 11 PM or 12 AM during the week and at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
* Excellent listening comprehension skills
* Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Clear, professional, and friendly voice
* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)
* Availability for both weekend days (a plus)
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
