**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology.
* Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system.
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products, pricing, and shipping policies to answer customer questions confidently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
