**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Beckwourth, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
