Our team is driven by a shared passion for pets and a desire to make a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As a Licensed Customer Care Advocate, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to pet parents via phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels * Helping pet parents understand how to protect their furry companions with our insurance and non-insurance products * Building and strengthening customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy * Navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries * Utilizing productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite to stay organized and efficient * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * An active Property & Casualty Producer license * Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic * Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy * Strong experience navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries * Proficiency with productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite * In-depth familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.) * A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving * Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively * An entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine passion for pets, and excitement to work in a start-up environment **Essential Skills & Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite * Experience with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Passion for pets and a desire to make a difference in their lives **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
