**Job Overview**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and preparing packages for delivery, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work in a designated retail location, where you will be the face of arenaflex and the go-to person for customers with questions or concerns.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions they may have, providing personalized and empathetic support
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking skills to resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex systems and tools
* Receive truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are accurately received and processed
**Requirements**
* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Previous customer service experience in a retail or warehouse environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
