Astrana Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Learning & Development Associate Trainer to join their team. This role involves supporting the development and delivery of learning programs, ensuring a high-quality learning experience, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational development needs. Responsibilities - Assist in the development, design, and delivery of engaging learning content (in-person and online) - Maintain and update training materials, guides, and multimedia content - Support the monitoring and evaluation of training efforts to help improve effectiveness - After completing Astrana’s trainer certification, co-facilitate and later independently facilitate learning sessions online and in-person - Support onboarding, leadership development, compliance, skill building and operational training programs - Serve as a secondary point of contact for Litmos-related questions, basic troubleshooting, and system support tasks - Manage user accounts, course enrollments, reporting, and assist with system configuration - Generate LMS analytics, track participation, and report on training outcomes - Collaborate with training leaders and other stakeholders to understand team learning needs and participate in recommending solutions - Support projects to enhance employee engagement, knowledge retention, and performance improvement - Assist with communications, reminders, and follow-ups related to learning initiatives - Identify opportunities to enhance learning programs and improve processes - Stay current on adult learning trends, LMS innovations, and instructional best practices - Participate in cross-functional projects and special initiatives as needed Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or instructional support preferred - Experience with LMS platforms (Litmos experience plus) - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage learners and leaders - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities - Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Company Overview - Leading physician-centric, technology-powered, risk-bearing healthcare mgmt. company delivering high quality care in a cost-effective manner It was founded in 2001, and is headquartered in Alhambra, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
