Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Developing and implementing customer service strategies to drive loyalty and retention * Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Providing coaching and training to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Managing customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner * Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the airline industry or a related field * Knowledge of Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies and procedures * Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with the support and resources they need to succeed.
