We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to streamline our Mobile IV Clinic's online presence. Designed to support expansion to three additional companies after successful launch. ProjectPhase 1 build for a Mobile IV Clinic. The clinic website is already being built; this role focuses on connections, automation, booking, lead routing, AI-assisted marketing workflows, and OpenClaw bot orchestration on our Mac Mini. Platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website/funnel, booking calendar, OpenClaw bot layer, and supporting AI content tools. Job Overview We are hiring an experienced AI automation / social media systems developer to build the first phase of an automated marketing and lead-generation system for one company: a Mobile IV Clinic. This is Phase 1 only. After successful completion, we plan to expand the same system architecture to three additional companies. The IV clinic website is already being built, so this project is not for building a full website from scratch. This project is for connecting and implementing the automation, social media, booking, AI content, OpenClaw bot orchestration, and lead-routing systems around the business. This project will be milestone-based only so costs can be tightly controlled and monitored. Business Scope • 1 company to start: Mobile IV Clinic • Existing asset: Website is already being built • Primary social platforms in Phase 1: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok • Primary objective: Build a clean, scalable system that connects social media, booking, AI content tools, and OpenClaw so the owner can command the BOT or BOTs to generate more videos, prepare content, and trigger posting tasks as needed What We Need Built 1. Social Media Setup and Linking • Connect and properly configure Instagram business profile/account • Connect and properly configure Facebook business page/business assets • Connect and properly configure TikTok business account • Link social channels correctly to the website, booking links, and funnel pages • Configure bio links, CTA routing, and profile flow for conversion rather than appearance alone 2. Funnel, Website and Booking Connection • Connect the existing IV clinic website to the booking and scheduling system • Align the funnel or landing-page flow with the website booking flow • Route social traffic to the correct page or booking path • Embed or link the calendar and scheduler properly • Integrate staff availability with the booking calendar • Optimize the booking flow for a mobile IV service business Preferred experience with Amelia, Calendly, Google Calendar / Outlook sync, and service-based booking systems. 3. AI Content Workflow and OpenClaw Bot Orchestration • Implement an AI-assisted content workflow for IV clinic marketing • Connect OpenClaw on our Mac Mini as the orchestration and bot-command layer • Set up a repeatable process for scripts, hooks, captions, content ideas, CTA copy, and reusable video variations • Enable the owner to command the BOT or BOTs to generate additional videos, regenerate creative variations, and prepare platform-specific posts for Instagram Reels, Facebook content, and TikTok videos • Connect approved AI tools to OpenClaw workflows so command-triggered and repeatable posting tasks can be run where supported and approved • OpenClaw is already installed on a Mac Mini and ready to function. This includes installation, some added skills, and integration with Telegram. 4. DM, Inquiry and Lead Capture Workflow • Set up Instagram DM automation or inquiry-routing flow where appropriate • Set up Facebook inquiry or messaging flow where appropriate • Connect website inquiries and booking leads into a structured backend flow • Route leads into Google Sheets, CRM, email, or another simple, approved backend system • Create a practical auto-response / FAQ framework with escalation to human staff when needed 5. Calendar and Staff Availability System • Customers must be able to request or book only available times • Staff must be able to block off times when they are unavailable • The booking system must reflect real calendar availability • The website and funnel must point to the same booking system • Social traffic should ultimately route into the same booking system 6. Documentation and Scalability • Provide basic documentation and/or Loom walkthrough • Provide a credentials and integration map • Provide a simple SOP for staff to update availability, review leads, and use the system • Build the set
