As a Customer Service Gate Agent, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with passengers, colleagues, and airline partners to deliver exceptional service and meet corporate objectives. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Gate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking flights, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and providing support to customers with special needs. You will also be responsible for changing customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as required, operating the Jetway, and working as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
