* What You'll Do:
+ Advise and sell air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders
+ Provide assistance with passenger registration and freight acceptance
+ Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or freight shipments
+ Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times
+ Provide assistance to distressed travelers and clients
+ Safeguard company property and revenue
+ Accommodate safe travel
+ Possess the actual ability and smoothness to utilize coordinated skills to perform various job-related tasks
* Utilize organizational skills to perform various tasks within a limited time frame
* Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision
* Answer and assist during security and crisis situations
* Follow internal/external policies and procedures
* May be required to drive and work air steps up to different types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers
* Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
* May be required to perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities
**All You'll Need for Success:**
* Minimum Capabilities:
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree
+ Previous Professional training
* Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
* Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* Should meet FAA criminal history verifications to meet requirements for unescorted access awards to airport security identification presentation areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Should be able to obtain proper airport power or possibly US Customs security identifications, if applicable
* Ability to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays
* Should answer to manage a regular and timely basis
