**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
* Appropriately communicating with customers
**We're Looking for Fearless People**
We're seeking fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in Spanish and English
* 6 months customer service experience minimum
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer system
* Proven oral & written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
