**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Entry:** Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate.
* **Updating and Maintaining Records:** Maintaining accurate and organized records, including client information, appointments, and other relevant data.
* **Operating Office Equipment:** Proficiently operating a range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
* **Communicating with Clients:** Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Scheduling Appointments:** Coordinating and scheduling appointments with clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded.
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Great Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
* **Experience with Computers and Software:** Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* **Experience with Office Equipment:** Familiarity with basic standard office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
* **QuickBooks Knowledge:** Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required.
* **Typing Speed:** A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is required.
* **High School Diploma:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Teamwork:** The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software:** Familiarity with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
* **Experience with data analysis and reporting:** Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating reports and visualizations.
* **Certifications:** Relevant certifications, such as QuickBooks Certified User or Microsoft Office Specialist.
**Job Type:**
This is a full-time, remote position, requiring an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
**Pay and Benefits:**
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
