**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across various ecommerce platforms. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent time management and planning skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of customer experience agents to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient communication. You will also be responsible for creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts, scheduling posts for our clients, and assisting Analytics in reports and data downloads.
**Essential Functions**
* Provide customer support for all white-glove clients across various ecommerce platforms
* Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients
* Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads
* Utilize strong time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Collaborate with a team of customer experience agents to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient communication
* Develop and maintain excellent communication and research skills
* Possess impeccable writing skills and an attitude of learning
* Demonstrate discerning judgment and a sense of humor
* Possess well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalities
* Be energetic, results-driven, and a finisher rather than a starter
* Utilize Wrike, Teamwork Desk, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Apps experience
* Contribute strategically in virtual staff huddles and monthly All Hands meetings

**Qualification Requirements**
* Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
* Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
* Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
* Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges
* Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and being part of a fast-growing company
* Must be proficient in English and Spanish with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* We are looking for someone that can work with us long term and get to know our clients in depth and provide creative solutions
* Someone with experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform preferred
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
* Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
