**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing and sales team to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner
* Drafting answers to product questions and providing detailed information about our services

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
* 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
* Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

**Time Commitments**

* 40 hours per week, with a successful candidate offered a 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties
