**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and services.
* **Documenting Call-Related Information**: Accurately document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Maintaining Customer Information**: Update customer information as necessary to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* **Upselling Current Customers**: Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services that meet their needs.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is not necessary.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

**Work Environment**
As a Customer Experience Representative with arenaflex, you'll work from home in a private residence, using the equipment provided by arenaflex. You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection – DSL or Cable only – with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
**Physical Demands**
This role requires constant sedentary work, with minimal physical demands.
