**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) on our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will set the tone for our customers' experiences. We're looking for individuals who can think on their feet, resolve issues efficiently, and build strong relationships with our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
* Ability to handle private and confidential information
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Strong conflict resolution skills
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
**Schedule**
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Our available shifts are:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
