**The Role**
As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their concerns, answer their questions, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your sales skills will be put to the test as you promote our innovative products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs
* Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies to customers
* Meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Sell arenaflex smart home and other products on every call, leveraging your knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
* Directly connected to our Pay Per Experience (PPX) incentives, with the potential to earn up to $32+/hr
* Work in a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet (minimum requirements of 10MBPS download/5MBPS upload)
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary of $18/hr, with the potential to earn up to $32+/hr through our PPX model
* 3-4 weeks of paid training, with additional 2-4 weeks of floor training directly paired with peers

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
* Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
* Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
* Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
* A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
* Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
* Bilingual Spanish/Español skills are highly desirable (additional financial incentives provided)
* High customer service acumen
