Our organization is built on a trauma-informed approach, recognizing the impact of trauma on individuals and communities, and working to strengthen resilience and promote healing. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our remote team, working on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also known as 988. You will provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress.
