Overview
Ocean Blue Solutions is seeking an experienced MFT Engineer to support and enhance their managed file transfer environment. This role focuses on migration efforts and maintaining secure, reliable data movement across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, configure, and support MFT platforms including Globalscape EFT and Sterling File Gateway
• Lead and support MFT-related migration initiatives
• Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient file transfer processes
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain high availability
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to support business-critical workflows
Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Globalscape (EFT)
• Strong experience with Sterling File Gateway
• Background in banking or financial services (highly preferred)
• Experience with migration projects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
