Job Overview
The arenaflex Connect Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering on new customer adoption of our Connect service. This role requires a customer-obsessed individual with a strong track record of delivering results and proven sales experience. You will own sales opportunities through the sales stages, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide subject matter expertise and advance sales opportunities. Your ability to articulate a compelling value proposition, develop executive relationships, and collaborate with account teams will be essential in driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate a compelling value proposition for the arenaflex Connect Service, highlighting its benefits and capabilities to prospective customers
- Develop executive relationships with arenaflex customers, creating strategic value by introducing and evangelizing the Connect service
- Provide subject matter expertise to advance sales opportunities through the sales cycle, working closely with technical account team members and other stakeholders
- Initiate Immersion Days and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value and capabilities of the arenaflex cloud to prospective customers
- Research and identify new opportunities for arenaflex to innovate on behalf of our customers, driving business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with account teams to provide customers with credit programs and assessment recommendations based on their business objectives and solution structure
- Communicate lessons learned, service recommendations, and best practices to Connect leadership and service team members, continuously improving service and program offerings in alignment with customer requirements
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization
- Travel approximately 10-15% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales and marketing activities

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales for call center technologies, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving revenue growth
- Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences and develop compelling value propositions
- Track record of building rapport with C-level stakeholders and working with customer experience and call center professionals
- Experience in building close relationships and closing large revenue accounts, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to develop and execute territory plans, with a strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience in helping customers develop a strategy for and deploy cloud-based call center solutions, with a deep understanding of the benefits and challenges of cloud adoption

- MS or MBA, with a strong academic background in business, technology, or a related field
