**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's proprietary systems and software.
* Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments, entering patient and medication data into our systems.
* Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for handling.
* Investigating missing solution data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes).
* Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.
* Maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and keeping a current pharmacist license or certification.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer.
+ Using a mouse to point and click.
+ Starting and closing programs.
+ Switching between programs.
+ Saving files.
+ Printing documents.
+ Accessing data online.
* Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a browser.
+ Writing URLs in the address bar.
+ Using a search engine.
+ Bookmarking a website.
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons.
+ Completing online forms.
* Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records).
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
