**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our call center operations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
