**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
* Following up on complicated customer interactions as required
* Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
* Developing rapport with customers through upbeat and positive interactions
* Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
* 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
* Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
* Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
* Fluency in English and Korean (required)
* Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
