Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a clean design aesthetic, and strong experience using professional tools like Adobe Creative Suite. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video and visual content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form and short-form video content (podcasts, social clips, ads, etc.)
- Design high-quality graphics for digital use (ads, thumbnails, branding assets, etc.)
- Create engaging video animations and motion graphics
- Repurpose podcast content into multiple formats for marketing and social media
- Collaborate with the team to bring creative concepts to life
- Maintain a consistent and polished visual style across all content
- Stay up to date with current design, video, and AI trends
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proven experience in both video editing and graphic design
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing content
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to take direction and also bring creative ideas independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience editing podcasts or long-form content
- Understanding of social media content trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Experience with sound design and basic audio editing
