Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Assist clients in developing personalized financial plans, including estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement solutions
• Support senior advisors in conducting financial analysis and research to inform investment strategies
• Help manage client portfolios by monitoring investment performance and recommending adjustments
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, cash management strategies, and asset management plans
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer relationship management tools
• Stay updated on securities law, financial software, and industry regulations to ensure compliance
• Participate in sales activities by identifying client needs and presenting suitable financial products and services
• Support the development of wills, trusts, estate law documents, and other legal financial instruments
Requirements
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including investment management, wealth management, and accounting principles
• Knowledge of estate planning, securities law, tax experience, and wills, trusts & estate law is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools, research methods, and financial software applications
• Excellent math skills with the ability to perform detailed calculations and analysis
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Basic knowledge of public accounting, technical accounting, corporate accounting, or banking is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in sales within the financial services industry
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving industry standards and regulations

Pay: $56,594.02 - $68,156.24 per year
