The Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial engineer to join us as a foundational member of our team. As our first technical hire, you will do more than just build automations; you will build our firm's technical foundation from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Architect our Core Platform: You will design, build, and own our core automation and data platform, turning complex business challenges into simple, effective, and scalable solutions.
- Translate Ideas into Impact: Own the entire lifecycle of new automation projects, translating ambiguous business needs into fully built, deployed, and impactful solutions.
- Ensure System Reliability and Trust: Act as the guardian of our production environment, ensuring our automated systems are highly reliable and trusted through proactive monitoring and rapid troubleshooting.
- Drive Operational Leverage: You will continuously identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities across our business where technology can 10x our efficiency and impact.
- Be Our AI & Automation Expert: You will stay on the cutting edge of new technologies, acting as our in-house expert to evaluate and implement new tools that give our team a competitive advantage.
Requirements
