Preferred Qualifications & Skills - Previous experience in purchase‑order processing, supply‑chain, or logistics environments. - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with invoice matching. - Experience with data‑validation tools, macros, or simple scripting (e.g., Excel VBA). - Certification in Office Administration (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist). - Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
