About the Role We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist based in LATAM to be the frontline of our customer experience. You'll work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and talent acquisition leaders to help them get the most out of HeyMilo. If you've worked in or around recruiting technology before and know your way around an ATS, you'll feel right at home here. What You Will Do - Respond to customer inquiries through Pylon (our support platform), email, and chat in a timely and helpful manner. - Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, candidate workflows, interview configurations, and ATS integrations. - Help customers understand how to get the most out of HeyMilo's features, including AI interviews, candidate pipelines, and reporting. - Escalate technical issues to the engineering team with clear reproduction steps and context. - Document common questions and solutions to help build out our knowledge base. - Track and manage support cases in Salesforce, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. - Collaborate with the Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Flag recurring issues or feature requests to Product so we can keep improving. Who You Are - You have 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or a similar customer-facing role at a SaaS or technology company. - You're familiar with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar) and understand how recruiters use them day to day. - You're comfortable using support tools like Pylon and Salesforce (or similar platforms). - You're a clear communicator who can explain things simply and patiently, even when the topic is technical. - You're organized, reliable, and take pride in following through on every customer interaction. - You're comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively across time zones. - You're fluent in English (written and spoken) and in Spanish, Portuguese, or both.
