We are looking for a service-minded and reliable team member to work 20–25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Customer support via email and direct communication with clients
• Guiding clients through our systems and ensuring everything is set up correctly
• Hosting daily live meetings with interested clients (Monday–Friday)
• Live meetings must take place at a fixed time every weekday: 9:30 AM New York time
• Meetings last 1–3 hours and vary in content day to day
• Light social media–related tasks
Requirements:
• Strong customer service mindset
• Fluent English is required
• Spanish or other languages are a strong plus
• Comfortable communicating with clients and hosting live online meetings
• Able to take screenshots and screen recordings for support and guidance
