Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring - Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent (additional education is a plus). - Experience: Minimum of two years in a supervisory or lead role within an airport or customer‑service environment. - Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation safety standards, JCBA provisions, and the ability to interpret and apply union contract rules. - Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data analysis and reporting.
