Job Summary The Customer Acquisition Specialist (Remote) serves as a key point of contact between the company and its current and prospective customers. This role focuses on engaging new clients, setting appointments, generating business referrals, and collaborating closely with outside sales representatives to support dealership contract growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, articulate, and driven, with a strong ability to secure commitments and contribute to revenue growth. Essential Responsibilities • Schedule appointments for outside Territory Managers • Manage activations and reactivations of customer contracts • Consistently meet or exceed established activity metrics • Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls • Follow established communication talk tracks for various scenarios • Identify dealership needs, clarify information, and communicate next steps clearly • Build rapport quickly and effectively engage customers by phone • Participate actively in individual and team training sessions • Achieve all assigned company goals • Perform additional duties as assigned Work Experience & Skills • Prior experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or similar role preferred • Strong resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales best practices • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills Physical Requirements • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
