Join our Medical Marijuana Clinic as a Chat Support Representative and play a vital role in providing timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance to our patients and clients. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will help ensure that every interaction supports our mission of safe, informed access to medical cannabis products and services. Key Objectives • Deliver prompt and professional chat-based support to current and prospective patients. • Provide clear, accurate information regarding clinic services, product options, and compliance guidelines. • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Responsibilities • Respond to patient and client inquiries via live chat platforms in a timely manner. • Assist with appointment scheduling, product information, and general support questions. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical marijuana regulations, clinic policies, and product offerings. • Document and track interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and communicate feedback to management. • Ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality standards related to patient information. • Work collaboratively with Environmental Services and other departments to support operational goals. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, cannabis, or environmental services industries. • Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Comfortable using chat and CRM software; ability to quickly learn new technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements. • Flexible availability, including the potential for evening or weekend shifts.
