Campaign Managers on the Special Ops Team are responsible for leading on and assisting the team in all aspects of campaigns; overseeing the lifespan of digital seeding/content distribution campaigns, creating target lists for clients, monitoring and reporting data and analytics, writing copy and developing narratives for Macro Theme/Culture Pages.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead on digital marketing strategies across arising music releases and campaigns.
• Interface with clients and internal team to identify and develop strategic narratives, tailored to the artist/campaign.
• Build target lists according to client budget and campaign objectives.
• Maintain a pulse on the landscape/culture of music in digital media and present best practices to staff/management.
• Manage data tracking and report analysis to the management team weekly.
• Manage relationships with Macro Theme/Culture Pages within our network.
• Manage campaign elements from ideation to execution to reporting.
• Prospecting new social channels for music content.
• Write compelling copy to perpetuate narratives developed in tandem with client.
• Analyze past promotions/campaigns and make recommendations based on trends and key learnings.
Preferred Qualifications/ Characteristics:
• 1-2+ years of communications, social media and/or digital marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing or talent relations; Influencer experience is a plus.
• Proficient in creating proposals detailing a complete marketing plan for clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
• Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time. *Note that this position does not operate on traditional 9-5 hours, but on a shift schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Education: Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
Location: Atlanta, GA (preferred) or remote.
