Location: Remote — Ontario or Quebec, Canada Job Type: Part-Time | Hourly | Starting at Minimum Wage About the Role: EQA Service Canada is a growing after-sales service provider managing warranty operations for major consumer product brands sold through leading retailers across Canada. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, bilingual customer service representative to support our growing customer base. You'll be the voice of our warranty support team — helping customers troubleshoot products, processing claims, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. What You'll Do: Answer inbound customer calls and emails in both English and French Guide customers through basic product troubleshooting steps Create and update service tickets in our customer management system (Zendesk) Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction Follow warranty service guidelines and scripts provided What We're Looking For: Fully bilingual — fluent spoken and written English and French (non-negotiable) Based in Ontario or Quebec Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace Calm, patient, and professional phone manner Available for flexible scheduling including some evenings and weekends What We Offer: Starting at provincial minimum wage with room to grow Flexible part-time hours Remote work — work from home Hands-on training provided Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company This is a remote position.
