Planning for Key Accounts
- Spearhead strategy of the Business Unit (BU) in positive direction, specifically for Key Accounts
- Collaborate and align with Internal Servicing Teams, such as Finance and HR, for resource planning for key accounts
- Assist Business Unit Head to prepare for forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance reviews of key accounts
Agency Unit Operations (Key Accounts)
- Drive customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention for advancement of Agency Unit
- Represent Agency Unit on behalf of its clients, suppliers, and external partners
- Drive Project and Agency strategic planning, implementation, and assessment – including Project Assessment, Project Research, and Project documentation to internal and external parties
- Aid the agency in fulfilling financial goals, policy objectives, by driving day-to-day operations to provide for necessary actions (including monitoring project implementation of agency processes, collaborate with BU Head to address operational challenges, coordinate with Internal Teams to comply with administrative and policy needs
- Serve as direct supervisor to guide agency for Key Accounts, covering Program Management, Customer Success, Strategic Management, and Account Management
- Tracks day-to-day progress of Key Accounts assigned to ensure: Client timelines and expectations are met, Administrative compliance, Internal documentation (JIRA), and financial requirements are compiled and paid on time
Business Sustainability
- Drive implementation of short-to-long term agency plans for Key Accounts
- Maintain and build relationships with clients in assigned Key Accounts
- Facilitate continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and integrity of Agency Unit
