An innovative medical technology company advancing powered prosthetic solutions is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive regional growth across the Northwest territory.
This field-based role is designed for a sales professional with established relationships in the Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) space. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with an entrepreneurial approach and thrives in a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Identify new business opportunities within O&P clinics, distributors, and partners
• Build and strengthen relationships with key O&P stakeholders
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Expand revenue within existing accounts while cultivating new clinic partnerships
• Monitor regional trends and customer needs
• Provide actionable feedback to leadership and product teams
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
• Provide consistent updates on sales activity and regional performance
• Represent the organization at trade shows and regional industry events
• Contribute to overall brand visibility and customer journey initiatives
Qualifications
Required
• 5–7 years of B2B sales experience (medical device or O&P strongly preferred)
• Established relationships within the O&P profession
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (~70%)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

• Experience selling O&P technology solutions
• Background in startup or high-growth medical device environments
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
