**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our customer, providing friendly, professional, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable. You'll interact with customers in a kind and useful manner, stepping up and anticipating their needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility. You'll work collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them be successful with new processes and technologies.
**Responsibilities**
* Interact with customers in a kind and useful manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and dedication
* Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have inconvenienced a customer
* Work each and every day with a safety mentality, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
* Navigate challenges by being steady yet adaptable, maintaining composure and managing issues while not taking customer frustration personally
* Work collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them be successful with new processes and technologies
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well lift and handle baggage
* Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
