Ibotta is a leading performance marketing platform seeking an Account Coordinator to join their innovative team. This role involves supporting Account Managers, working directly with clients, and contributing to the onboarding and management of accounts while promoting major CPG brands.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts
- Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer ad hoc questions
- Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recaps), and helping drive incremental revenue
- Build and distribute custom and syndicated audiences for targeted advertising campaigns
- Create and monitor seasonal audiences to optimize for increased revenue
- Manage customer retention marketing (CRM) files from active clients using Ibotta’s boost offering

- Technical Skills: G Suite
- Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive

- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Salesforce experience a plus
